I have to admit that of the two of us, Ilona is more the “gourmet” and I am more the “casual” when it comes to cooking. While I love spending time in the kitchen, I often require recipes that are quick and simple, yet healthy and delicious after a long day in the office. For this reason, fall is one of my favourite seasons since it means I can whip up some great soups that are just that.
I also must admit that when I find a recipe I love, I make it a lot! Thankfully, my partner Paul loves this one as well as I’ve made it 3 times in the last two weeks as the weather has become chillier.
