IN-STORE

All purchases made in-store can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with original receipt and original packaging. After 14 days, an exchange or gift card will be given when original receipt is shown and product is in original packaging.

ONLINE

Return shipping will be of cost to the buyer. If you require a new product to be sent, the buyer will also incur the new cost of shipping. We cannot guarantee we will receive products being shipped back to us so please consider using a trackable shipping service.
